Iridium 9555 - How to Receive a Call

When a call comes in, your Iridium 9555 will ring, vibrate, or both, depending on your sound settings. The screen will display “Incoming Call”, along with the caller’s number if available.

Accepting a Call

1. Press the left soft key (labeled Accept)
   OR
   Press the green call key.The screen will display “Connected”.
2. Hold the phone with the antenna extended and speak into the microphone.

Important Note

If the antenna is not extended, the screen may display “Call Attempt” instead of “Incoming Call.”

In this case:

• Fully extend the antenna
• Then press the green call key to answer the call

To maintain signal strength and call quality, always ensure the antenna is extended during calls.
