Iridium Voicemail Storage Limits and Usage

If you have voicemail enabled on your Iridium prepaid or monthly plan, your mailbox has the following storage limits.

Voicemail Storage Limits

• You can store up to 50 voicemail messages at a time.

• Each voicemail message can be up to 1 minute in length.

How Voicemail Works

• Voicemail messages are stored on the Iridium network, not on your device or SIM card.

• You can access your voicemail by dialing your voicemail number from your device.

Important Information

• If your mailbox is full, new callers will not be able to leave messages.

• Voicemail messages may be automatically deleted after a set period if not saved. We recommend checking your voicemail regularly.

• Retrieving voicemail messages uses airtime and will be billed according to your plan or prepaid balance.

To avoid missing important messages, make sure to check and clear your voicemail regularly.
