You can check your Iridium prepaid balance directly from your Iridium device or through your BlueCosmo online account.
Follow the steps below based on your preferred method.
From Your Iridium Phone or Iridium GO!
Ensure your device is powered on and registered to the Iridium network.
Dial 2888 and place the call.
An automated message will announce your remaining prepaid balance.
From Your BlueCosmo Account
Your BlueCosmo account lists all active prepaid SIM cards on the Manage Prepaid Refills page.
Sign in to My Account .
Select Manage Prepaid Refills from the menu.

You will see your active prepaid SIM cards, including:
Voice minute balance
Expiration date

Special Note for Iridium GO! Prepaid Users
The voice minute balance shown in your account represents half of your total data minutes.
This is because dial-up data uses minutes at twice the voice rate.
Example: A 400-minute data plan will appear as 200 voice minutes.
