Using "My Account"

"My Account" provides a simple and convenient account management experience to manage your Roadpost services. Log in to “My Account” using the profile icon on the top right corner of our website, or go to:

What You Can Do in "My Account"

  • Details – this is where your account information is displayed: contact information, address, billing details, and password management.

  • Payments - this is where you will find your payment history and the option to "Make A Payment."

  • Invoices and Orders – this is where your orders and invoices are stored. You can check your order status, and your invoices are available for review and download.

  • Prepaid Refills – this is where you can refill any of your existing prepaid services.

  • Service Plans – this is where you can view your active postpaid services along with the minutes used and service plan add-ons. You can also submit cancellation requests and reactivate postpaid services in the "Historical Services" section. 

  • Activations – this takes you to our activation page, where you can enter your SIM or ICC-ID number to activate a prepaid or postpaid card. 

Prepaid Refill Notifications and Settings

  • Enabling auto-refill will automatically refill your prepaid SIM when:

    • The balance drops below 10 voice minutes, or

    • The expiry date is within 3 days (whichever comes first).

  • Performing a one-time refill disables any scheduled auto-refills.
    To re-enable auto-refill, visit Prepaid Refills and select your SIM to reconfigure.

  • We send reminder emails and SMS alerts when:

    • Your balance reaches 50 minutes, or

    • Your expiry is 10 days away

Iridium Prepaid Refills Rules

Rule Description
SIM Expiration Window

Iridium prepaid SIM cards can be refilled within 270 days after the minutes expire. After this period:

  • The SIM is deactivated.

  • The service number is permanently lost.

  • The SIM will no longer appear in the "Manage Refills" section of your account. 
Voucher Availability When minutes are kept active, accumulated refill vouchers (minutes) will expire automatically on the 3-year anniversary date, with the oldest vouchers expiring first. 
Refill Types

Most Iridium services support one-time refills.

Select products/services are available for auto-refills based on balance, expiry, and price.
Refill Matching

Refills must match the original card type.

  • Global cards can only be refilled with Global refills.

  • Regional cards can only be refilled with cards from the same region.

  • Switching cards across categories will reset the balance and expiry date.
Special Products

Refilling the following will immediately overwrite your balance and expiry. This means you will lose any unused minutes when you refill.

  • Iridium Global 300-Minute Prepaid Card 

  • Iridium GO! 3000 SMS Prepaid Card
Minute Expiry Times

Minutes expire at 12:00 AM (Midnight) UTC indicated on the date of expiry. Lost or expired minute balances cannot be recovered by the network. 

Inmarsat Prepaid Rules

Rule Description
SIM Expiration

If your Inmarsat prepaid SIM shows "expired" in the Manage Refills section of your account, it can still be refilled and will retain the same phone number. 

There is no time limit to refill an Inmarsat Prepaid SIM card.
Voucher Validity When minutes are kept active, accumulated refill vouchers (minutes) will expire automatically on the 3-year anniversary date, the oldest vouchers expiring first.

Select products/services support for auto-refills based on balance, expiry, and price.
Refill Timing Except for the 30-day extension product, the new expiry date will be based on the day the refill is applied. 
Minute Expiry Time Minutes expire at 12:00 AM (Midnight) UTC indicated on the date of expiry. Lost or expired minute balances cannot be recovered by the network.
