Previously activated SIM cards for Postpaid (Monthly) plans that were cancelled (deactivated) can be reactivated from within your My Account section of our website, with certain limitations.
IMPORTANT:
- In most cases, a new satellite Service Number will be assigned to a reactivated SIM.

Iridium Postpaid SIM reactivations are limited to one free reactivation per SIM*. If you need a Postpaid SIM activated a third time, we suggest purchasing a new SIM card, or contact customercare@roadpost.com for pricing.
*Iridium GO! Exec SIM cards can be reactivated unlimited times at no charge. - Inmarsat Postpaid SIM reactivations are unlimited, but charge the standard Activation fee each time.
- Not all types of SIM cards can be reactivated. Reactivations are not guaranteed.
- Reactivations might take up to 3 business days to process.

Reactivation Instructions for Postpaid Services
- Login to your account.
Roadpost US customers: https://www.roadpost.com/customer/account/
Roadpost Canada customers: https://www.roadpost.ca/customer/account/ - In the My Account section, click on 'Manage Airtime Plans'.
- Click on the 'Historical Services' tab to show previously Cancelled/Deactivated SIM cards.
NOTE: If your SIM card is not showing you must purchase a new Postpaid SIM card, or contact customercare@roadpost.com for reactivation availability and pricing.
Iridium GO! Exec customers do not need a new SIM for reactivation. - Find the SIM card number you'd like reactivated in the list. Double check to ensure it matches the numbers printed on your SIM card. Click 'Reactivate':
- You will be taken to the standard Device and Plan selection pages. Select the Monthly Postpaid plan you'd like activated on the SIM card, along with any additional addon features (IE: US +1 dedicated number addon). Once completed, click 'Add to Cart'.
- Click on your Cart in the upper right corner of the website, and follow the standard Checkout process to pay for the new plan and reactivation.
IMPORTANT: Once you submit the reactivation order:
- The SIM will no longer be listed under 'Historical Services'. Instead, it will be moved under the 'Active Services' tab in the Manage Airtime Plans section of your Account.
- Reactivation can take several minutes but, in some cases, may take up to 3 business days. After submitting your request, check the status on the 'Active Services' tab. It will show as 'Processing', then 'Active' once the reactivation is complete.
- Please note, we cannot guarantee the same service number that was previously active on the SIM.
- If you submitted a reactivation request and it is stuck in 'Processing' status beyond 3 business days, please contact customercare@roadpost.com
