Adjusting Mailbox Check Interval on inReach SE and inReach Explorer

By default the inReach SE and inReach Explorer check for new messages every 10 minutes. Use the following instructions to change the interval:

1. Power on inReach device.

2. Select "Settings."

3. Select "Messages."

4. Select "Listen Interval."

5. Select from the following options:

• Manual
• Continuous
• 2 min
• 5 min
• 10 min
• 15 min
• 20 min

The more frequent the mailbox check the faster your battery will deplete. Make sure you have access to a reliable power source before making changes to the interval.
