Your Iridium Extreme® and Iridium 9555 includes a built-in voicemail service that lets you listen to, manage, and customize your voicemail messages directly from your handset. This guide explains how to access voicemail, navigate the menu options, and change personal settings.

Tip: You can access voicemail from your Iridium handset or from another phone if needed. Make sure you know your voicemail password before dialing in.
Accessing Voicemail
Press Call Voicemail from your handset.
If prompted, enter your Iridium phone number.
When you hear the greeting, press 1 to access the voicemail system.
Enter your voicemail password when prompted.
Once logged in, you’ll hear the Main Menu options.
Main Voicemail Menu Options

| 6 | Exit voicemail |
You can press the * key to return to the previous menu or # to disconnect at any time.
While Listening to Messages

| 6 | Copy message |
| 7 | Delete message |

Changing Your Greeting
From the Main Menu, press 3 for Change Greeting.
Choose one of the following:
1 to Record a new greeting
2 to Play your current greeting
3 to Delete your greeting
Personal Options
From the Main Menu, press 4 for Personal Options.
You can then select:
1 for Notification Options
2 for Preferences (change password, playback settings, etc.)
3 for Message Destination (send alerts to a pager or mobile phone)
Playback and Notification Settings

| Notification Options | Manage message alerts and delivery preferences. |
| Preferences | Change playback order, enable date/time stamps, or update your name and password. |
| Message Destination | Choose where voicemail notifications are sent (mobile phone, pager, or both). |
Note: Some advanced notification options are only available when using an Iridium Satellite Pager in conjunction with an Iridium 9555 or Extreme handset (as shown in the Voicemail Menu diagram).
