Pairing inReach SE & inReach Explorer with iPhone or iPad

The inReach SE & inReach Explorer can be used either as a standalone unit to send or receive messages via satellite communication or it can be paired with an Android or iOS device. 

To Pair an inReach SE or inReach Explorer to iOS

1. Open the Earthmate iOS app.
   Note: The Earthmate app is a free download from the Apple App Store.
   
   
2. If it is your first time opening the app you will be prompted to pair your inReach device on the first screen presented. Tap the Connect button to begin and follow the instructions provided.
   
   
3. If you did not pair your device when you first opened the app, or to pair the device again, start with the More icon ⋯ in the Earthmate App.
   
   
4. Tap Options, then Pair Device and follow the instructions in the app to complete the pairing process.
