The Iridium GO! Mail & Web app is no longer compatible with devices running Android 14 or higher. At this time, there is no confirmed timeline from Iridium on when this issue will be resolved.

| Select Mail from the Mail & Web home screen | |
| Select Send/Receive Email | |
| Ensure the Iridium GO! is registered to the network and it is maintaining at least 3 bars of signal strength before checking for new Email. Select Send/Receive Email to establish the connection and receive email messages | |
| The log and status bar will provide you with the necessary details to ensure any new or undelivered emails have been received successfully | |
