You can view your satellite phone number, plan information, balances, and expiration dates by logging into your BlueCosmo account.
Follow the steps below based on whether you have prepaid or monthly (postpaid) service.
For Prepaid SIM Cards
- Log in to your account at Roadpost.ca.
- From the My Account menu, select Manage Prepaid Refills.
- On the Select the Card(s) to Refills page, you'll see a table showing all prepaid SIM cards linked to your account. You can view:
- Network.
- Your satellite phone number under the Service Number column.
- Your prepaid plan name under Prepaid Plan.
- Balance, Expiry date, and Status.
- If you have several SIM cards, use the search box above the table to find a specific SIM card.

For Monthly (Postpaid) Plans
- Log in to your account at Roadpost.ca.
- From the My Account menu, select Manage Airtime Plans.
- On the Airtime Plans page, you'll see a table showing your plans. You can view:
- Your satellite phone number under the Service Number column.
- What plan you subscribed to under the Plan Name column.
- Minutes Used.
- Add-ons.
- Status of the plan.
- Your Contract End Date.
