SafetyLine is a 3rd party company that provides check-in and SOS services to their clients through a variety of devices including inReach. Roadpost inReach customers can subscribe to SafetyLine monitoring using their existing inReach devices.
PLEASE NOTE: Roadpost cannot troubleshoot any SafetyLine specific issues. Customers must contact SafetyLine directly for troubleshooting. Roadpost can only troubleshoot inReach device and account issues. Please find contact details below.
To setup SafetyLine on your inReach:
- Your Roadpost inReach account must be a Professional account. This allows access to the Garmin API required for SafetyLine.
- If you're currently on a Consumer account, you must contact Roadpost Customer care to convert your account to a Professional account and activate on a Professional plan.
