This article will guide you on how to manage your consumer subscription to inReach services, your rate plans, devices and how to cancel your service.
MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION/SERVICE
1. Please log in to your account at explore.garmin.com
NOTE: All Roadpost inReach accounts use the Garmin Explore portal to manage services. If you cannot login or run into errors logging in (beyond password resets), please Contact Roadpost.
2. From there, navigate to the "Plans & Devices" tab.
3. Click on "Edit" under the Subscription header in the middle:
4. From there, you will be able to Change your plan, Suspend your service, or Cancel your service. Select one of the three options and click through to completion.

5. Click on the 'Plans & Devices' tab to refresh the page to see the changes.
Note that all plan changes are fully pro-rated by the day (both charges and service).
Adding Or Swapping Your InReach Device
1. Login to your account at explore.garmin.com

2. From there, navigate to the "Plans & Devices" tab.
3. Click on the Add inReach Device button as indicated below.
IMPORTANT: Roadpost only supports the following inReach models: Original, SE, SE+, Explorer, Explorer+. If you have a newer Garmin device you'd like to use, please contact Roadpost Support.
