Overall Impact
THERE WILL BE NO IMPACT ON SERVICE: There will be no impact on active satellite connectivity. Devices that are already active will continue to connect to the Iridium network and operate normally during this timeframe.
Activations, Deactivations, Suspensions, Plan changes, and Refills of both Prepaid and Postpaid satellite services will be unavailable or delayed during this maintenance window.
This maintenance also affects all Garmin inReach activations, deactivations, and plan changes.
Any requests or changes made during this time will be queued and processed once the maintenance is complete, ensuring no actions are lost.
