Finding Your Iridium Service Provider

If you are unsure who provides your Iridium satellite service, you can quickly identify your service provider using Iridium’s official lookup tool.

This is useful if you need support, billing assistance, or help managing your service but are unsure which company your account is with.

What You’ll Need

To use the lookup tool, you will need one of the following:

• Your Iridium phone number (typically begins with 8816)

• Your SIM card number (typically begins with 8988)

You can find your SIM card number printed directly on the SIM card inside your device.

How to Find Your Service Provider

1. Go to the Iridium Service Provider Lookup tool: Iridium Service Provider Search 

2. Enter your Iridium phone number or SIM card number.

3. Submit the request to view your service provider details.

What Happens Next

The tool will display your service provider’s name along with their contact information.

You can then contact your provider directly for support, billing inquiries, or account management.
