This article explains how to return your rental device, including where to find your return shipping documents and how to prepare your shipment.
Where to Find Your Return Shipping Documents
The return pack and shipping documents are located in the back pouch of the rental bag.
This pouch contains a courier pack with the return waybill pre-attached. If you are located outside Canada, it will also include three copies of the commercial invoice.
When returning your rental, ensure the return waybill and all commercial invoice copies remain intact.

If you cannot locate your return shipping documents, please contact customercare@bluecosmo.com to request a printable copy.
How to Return Your Rental
Ensure all accessories are included, including both batteries. Refer to the green tag inside the rental kit for the full list.
Locate the return package with the attached waybill and any required customs documents in the back pouch.
Place the entire rental kit into a courier or shipping bag and seal it securely.
Drop off the package at your nearest courier location.
Important Information
Rental charges stop once the return waybill is scanned by the courier.
Rentals can only be returned within Canada if they were ordered through Roadpost Canada and shipped to a Canadian address.
