Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to the Roadpost rental page:

- Visit roadpost.com (USA) or www.roadpost.ca (Canada)

Click on Rentals in the top menu.

Choose your rental type:

- Select either Daily Rentals, Monthly Rentals, or 3-Month Rental, depending on how long you'll need the phone.
- Select either Daily Rentals, Monthly Rentals, or 3-Month Rental, depending on how long you'll need the phone.

- Select the Rental Phone that suits your needs.
- Select your rental dates:

- Click on the Calendar Icon in the left-most box to select the Required (start) Date.
- The phone will ship to arrive on or before this date.

Tip: Choose a start date a few days before your trip.
- Click on the Calendar Icon in the right-most box to select your Return Date.

- The rental will include a return waybill (return label and, if applicable, copies of a commercial invoice).
- The billing for the rental will end when the waybill is scanned by the courier.

Tip: Get a receipt when you drop the rental with the courier.

- Click on the Calendar Icon in the left-most box to select the Required (start) Date.

- Choose optional Add-ons (if needed):

Airtime: If you wish to purchase airtime please select one of the options. If you do not select a plan you will be billed a low per-minute rate for your calls.
Important: Airtime purchases are not refundable. - Loss and Damage Protection is an option to reduce your liability if something happens to the phone.
- Once you have selected your phone, selected the Start and End dates, and added your optional add-ons please click on Add To Cart.

Review your order:

- Click on the cart in the upper right-hand corner to view the cart.
- Clicking on See Details will provide a summary of the rental dates, options and costs. Click Sign In to Proceed to begin the checkout.

- Returning customer? Your can enter your e-mail address and password and click Login.

New customer? Click on Create An Account and follow the prompts.

- Click on the cart in the upper right-hand corner to view the cart.

- Enter your Shipping and Billing information:

- New customers will be asked to enter their addresses, and existing customers will be asked to select an address from their address book.
- The shipping and billing addresses must match exactly.

- We ship only to confirmed billing addresses in the USA or Canada.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

- Select a Shipping Method:

- Round-trip shipping ($70) is added to the rental automatically.
- Choose the shipping method based on your start date:

- Ground: Use this option unless your start date is within 2 business days.

- All rentals will ship to arrive on the start date of the rental.
- Once you have selected a shipping method, click on Next.

- Enter Payment Details and complete your order

- New customer? Enter a new payment method.
- Returning customer? Select an existing payment method.
- Click on the checkbox to agree to the Roadpost Service Terms.

Click on Place Order to finish.
