Rentals ship to arrive on or before your selected start date. Shipping and billing addresses must match, and we ship only to confirmed billing addresses in the USA or Canada.

Step-by-Step Guide

Go to the BlueCosmo rental page:

Visit www.bluecosmo.ca and select “Rent” from the top menu.

- Select your rental dates:
- Choose your Required (start) Date using the dropdown menus.

Important: Your rental will ship to arrive on or before your selected start date.

Optionally, choose minute add-ons (optional). Select a One-Time Minute Add-On if desired.
Options shown in checkout:- 50 Minute Add-On
- 100 Minute Add-On
- 200 Minute Add-On
If you do not select a minute add-on, usage is billed at standard per-minute and per-text rates.
Important: Airtime purchases are non-refundable.

Select Loss & Damage Protection (optional). This coverage protects against loss, theft, or accidental damage. You may choose:
- None
- Loss & Damage Protection ($30 per week)
Checkout Process

Select “Add to Cart,” then choose “Check out now.”
The rental will include a Return Shipping (return label and, if applicable, copies of a commercial invoice).

The billing for the rental will end when the waybill is scanned by the courier.
Tip: Get a receipt when you drop off the rental with the courier.

Enter shipping and billing information
- Existing customers can select a saved address
- New customers must enter a new address
- Shipping and billing addresses must match exactly.
- We ship only to confirmed billing addresses in Canada.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Select a Shipping Method. All rentals will ship to arrive on the start date of the rental. The options are:
- Ground delivery (3–5 business days)
- 2-Day Priority (1–2 business days)
- Overnight Priority (1 business day)
- Once you have selected a shipping method, click on Continue.

Enter payment details. Enter your credit card information or select a saved card. You can save this card for future transactions and enable this card as the default payment method for future transactions.
- Submit your order. Select “Continue” to complete checkout.
Common Questions
When will my rental arrive?
Your rental is scheduled to arrive on or before your selected start date.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Rentals automatically extend until returned. Additional time is billed daily at the same rate.
What happens if I return it early?
The minimum one-week rental still applies.
Can I change add-ons after checkout?
Optional minute add-ons and protection cannot be added once the rental has shipped.
How many minutes are included?
10 minutes of airtime are included per week. Minutes expire at the end of the rental period.
Does billing stop when I ship it back?
Billing ends when the courier scans the return waybill.
