Dear Iridium AxcessPoint customers,
We have identified a minor issue which impacts customers sending emails from the Iridium AxcessPoint to any of the following Microsoft domains; Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com. Emails sent to any Outlook.com, Hotmail.com or Live.com email address will not be successfully delivered at this time.
Iridium has advised that email messages sent from all myiridium.net email accounts are currently being blacklisted by Microsoft and they are working to get this resolved.
Sending an email message to any Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, or Live.com email address will result in the following error:
Emails rejected by Outlook.com for policy reasons. The email server IP connecting to Outlook.com has exhibited namespace mining behaviour. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for help.
