Tracking your shipment
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation allowing you to track the delivery of your order on the UPS website.
Returning your rental hardware
All Iridium and BGAN rentals include a Welcome Kit, with a prepaid return waybill and shipping bag so you don't pay a dime. Remember, all rental rates include FREE return shipping. We will stop billing you the day the courier picks up the rental.
Your return waybill and commercial invoice will be attached to the bag/box and your shipment receipt will be included in your welcome kit. This is your copy and proof of return.
Call 1-800 PICKUPS (1-800-742-5877) to schedule a UPS pickup at your location at no charge. Alternatively, you can go to www.ups.com to get the location of the closest UPS drop box, or a UPS Store in your area.
If you have lost your return waybill, you can request for a new one by contacting Roadpost Customer Care. A $20 fee will be charged to your account for this document which then helps you avoid additional charges such as taxes, duties and brokerage fees.
Alternatively, if you have lost your return waybill, you may also return our rental equipment at your own cost. However, you will be responsible for any additional charges related to the return, including but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage fees. Please also note that these fees may vary depending on the country from where the equipment is being returned and which courier is being used.
Subscriptions, prepaid cards, hardware, accessories

Unless otherwise indicated, deliveries will arrive on the Required Date specified on your order. Roadpost is not responsible for incorrect addresses, phone numbers, and insufficient delivery information placed on the initial order. Roadpost is not responsible for "no signature required" deliveries. Packages missing any required delivery information will be returned to Roadpost.
Orders with more than one unit or are being shipped to a remote location, will be charged extra shipping fees. These fees will not reflected on your order confirmation, but will be on your final invoice. Roadpost will contact customers for approval before any extra fees are applied and the order is shipped.
