Tracking your shipment
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation allowing you to track the delivery of your order on the Purolator website.
Returning your rental hardware
All Iridium satellite phone and BGAN rentals include a Welcome Kit, with a prepaid return waybill and shipping bag so you don't pay a dime.
Please follow these return instructions:
- In the "Sender" section on the courier slip, fill in your name, company name, complete address and the telephone number where the equipment will be picked up.
- Be sure to sign your name in the "Sender Signature" box.
- Peel the backing off the courier slip and stick it to the courier bag.
- Call Purolator at 1-888-SHIP-123 (1-888-744-7123) or visit www.purolator.com to arrange a pickup.
- Keep the shipper's copy of the waybill for proof of equipment return.
If you have lost your return waybill, you can request for a new one by contacting Roadpost Customer Care. A $20 fee will be charged to your account for this document which then helps you avoid additional charges such as taxes, duties and brokerage fees.
Alternatively, if you have lost your return waybill, you may also return our rental equipment at your own cost. However, you will be responsible for any additional charges related to the return, including but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage fees. Please also note that these fees may vary depending on the country from where the equipment is being returned and which courier is being used.

Unless otherwise indicated, deliveries will arrive on the Required Date specified on your order. Roadpost is not responsible for incorrect addresses, phone numbers, and insufficient delivery information placed on the initial order. Roadpost is not responsible for "no signature required" deliveries. Packages missing any required delivery information will be returned to Roadpost.
Orders with more than one unit or are being shipped to a remote location, will be charged extra shipping fees. These fees will not reflected on your order confirmation, but will be on your final invoice. Roadpost will contact customers for approval before any extra fees are applied and the order is shipped.
