The GeoPro Mobile App can be set to prompt the device User to add an optional notation to their Check-In activity. When enabled the User will be shown a text field after they tap the Check-In button into which they can add any note relevant to that activity. These annotations will appear in Event Notifications and will be stored with the Check-In entry in the User’s Inbox.
To enable annotations for Check-Ins:
1. Navigate to Settings and select Check In.
2. Tap Requires an annotation, then the back button in the top left to save.
When enabled, Users will be prompted with the screen below when they tap the Check In button in the app.
To complete the Check-In the user would input any note required and tap CHECK IN.
Note: Adding notation is completely optional.
