Where is the phone number for my rental phone?

Iridium Phone Numbers

Iridium phone numbers will look different,  they are not North American numbers and will have more digits than most people are used to.  The Iridium phone number looks like this: 8816 234 12345, 8816 is the county code and the other 8 digits are the unique phone number. Keep in mind that the example pictures below have the last two digits edited out.

Finding your Rental Phone Number

Check your Email

Roadpost will email your phone number to you when your order has been fulfilled. Typically, you will receive this email within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped.

Check the side of the phone

The phone number will be displayed on the right or left side of the handset. Here is an example:

Check the SIM card retainer

The SIM card retainer found in the top flap of the rental bag will also display your phone number. Here is an example.
