You can change your Roadpost account password whether you’re currently logged in or unable to access your account. Follow the steps below based on your situation.
Forgot Your Password? (Can't Log In)
If you’re trying to sign in but don’t remember your password:
- Go to www.roadpost.ca.
- On the login page, click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated with your Roadpost account.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
If you don't receive the email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders. Please also check that you're using the correct email address associated with your account.
Change Password While Logged In
If you’re already signed in to your account:
- Go to your Roadpost Account > Account Details.
- Under Contact Information, click Change Password.
- You'll need to enter:
- Your current password.
- The new password.
- Confirm the new password.
- Click Save to keep the changes.
- Once updated, you can log in with your email address and new password.
