How do I find my satellite phone number and other service information?

You may view your satellite phone number, prepaid expiration date, balances, and other service information online.  

1. Log into your account at:
   1. Roadpost
   2. Roadpost Canada
2. Navigate to Manage Prepaid Refills Tab for prepaid service or Airtime plans for monthly (postpaid) service

   Prepaid

   Monthly (Postpaid)

3. A table will appear which shows all of the service plans 
4. You may search your plans using the search box above the table
5. To sort the table, click on the arrows next to the columns in the header.
