Placing A Rental Order

2. Click on Rentals in the top menu

3. Choose Daily Rentals, Monthly Rentals, or 3-Month Rental

4. Select the Rental Phone

5. Click on the Calendar Icon and select the start date. The rental phone will ship to arrive on or before the rental date. We recommend selecting a date in advance of your trip departure.

7. Select the date you expect to return your device. The rental will include a return waybill, the billing for the rental will end when the waybill is scanned by the courier. We recommend getting a receipt when you drop the rental return with the courier.

9. If you wish to purchase airtime please select one of the options. Airtime purchases are not refundable. If you do not select a plan you will be billed a low per minute rate for your calls.

Loss and damage protection is an option to reduce liability if something happens to the phone.

Once the options are selected, click Add to Cart

10. Click on the cart in the upper right hand corner to view the cart.

11. Clicking on See Details will provide a summary of the rental dates, options and costs. Click Sign In to Proceed to begin the checkout.

12. If you are a returning customer, enter your e-mail address and password to log in, new customers click on Create An Account

13. New Customers will be asked to enter their addresses, and existing customers will be asked to select an address from their address book.

14. Once you have selected your address, select one of the shipping methods. Round-trip shipping is $70 and is added to the rental automatically. The shipping method indicates the speed of the shipment. Select ground for your order unless you selected a start date within 2 business days of the current date. All rentals will ship to arrive on the start date of the rental.

Once you have selected a shipping method, click on Next

15. Select your payment method, agree to the Service Terms,  and then click on Place Order
