The Account Management section allows Administrators to perform service plan changes for licenses which support multiple service plans. Changes to service plans can be completed at any time. Not all licenses have different plans they can select from therefore some licenses will not provide the option to Change Plans. All plan changes are completed in real-time.
Note: The Account Management section can be access directly from the Options menu in the GeoPro web app or by navigating to https://account.geoprosolutions.com/ and entering your Administrator credentials.
Note: Only inReach licenses support plan changes at this time.
1. To change your service plan, navigate to the Manage License(s) tab, select the desired license by putting a check in the box, and select Change Plan.
2. The Change Plan page will be displayed. Confirm you've selected the correct license by viewing the device IMEI, then select a new service plan from the options provided and press Select Plan.
3. Once selected, you will automatically return to the Account Management Dasboard. The plan change for the selected license will appear in the Pending state until the change has been completed successfully.
